Masani Care’s goal is to support participants access community programs to help them with their day to day living. With different programs to choose from, our team will identify the skills and interests of your loved one to help them experience, and be who they want to be.

Chosen activities will be tailored to your loved one’s goal that will foster creativity and nurture well-being through holistic activities and participation. Access to community programs and appointments can include but not limited to:

• Promoting self-awareness and self-care workshops
• Holiday Programs
• Day Programs + community outings
• Building on life skills and capacity
• Opportunities to work or gain work experience
